Lost Username and/or Password?

ESET's customers can recover a lost Username and/or Password by entering the email address used to purchase the software or the Username, below. To find your username, open the NOD32 Control Center and select NOD32 System Tools -> Update and click on the Setup button. The Username will appear in the Automatic Update Setup window. NOTE: You can use this form to request the Username and Password for a license purchased directly from ESET or one of our authorized distributors or resellers. If you are using a trial version or have changed your email address since the date of purchase, please contact our support department.
